The VR-X EVO model is equipped with a Li-ION battery, perfect for long dives up to 150 minutes at cruising speed or 100 minutes at a maximum speed of 65 m/min. Furthermore, this kind of battery can be charged externally, without removing it from the scooter. A special diving experience up to 101 metres deep can be achieved thanks to the Calypso app, as it allows the diver to check both the motor and the battery status at any moment.

The Goldfinder-XJ model is equipped with a Li-ION battery and therefore a high capacity is granted. The battery can be monitored through the Calypso app and the Eron D-1 dashboard and the diver can have full control of the dive.
Open the SCOOTER, check that the batteries are charged and that the connectors are inserted and undamaged, then try again.
The batteries need to be replaced.

Replace all the O-rings and carefully check that the seating surfaces are not damaged.
Shut off the SCOOTER, try to slide the starting piston, driven by the trigger, to get out any foreign bodies, try to start again. If the SCOOTER continues to work, the starting system must be verified, probably it was damaged by a shock.
The external propeller shaft seal is damaged and requires maintenance. The second internal seal prevents flooding but you should suspend SCOOTER use and replace the gaskets.

The PROP LOCK PROPELLER provides a type of propeller that is larger than the standard one: the white knob protrudes more. This means that when the SCOOTER, positioned vertically, is placed on the conveyor, it is necessary to be more careful: any blows to the propeller (which is more protruding) could damage both the PROP LOCK PROPELLER and the SCOOTER itself.
Lithium-ion batteries used in powered underwater vehicles are classified as dangerous goods, and their air transport is therefore subject to strict international regulations.
The International Air Transport Association (IATA), the global authority for air transport safety, regularly updates its technical recommendations for the handling and transportation of lithium batteries. These guidelines are adopted—fully or in part—by most commercial airlines.

To simplify air transport, SUEX—in the VOYAGER configuration of the NEW VR SERIES—offers four modular batteries, each designed to be disassembled into individual segments compliant with IATA recommendations. According to current IATA guidelines, this configuration falls within the allowed limits for carry-on luggage.
